Advantage Grants & Advantage Education Partners

Effective Date: January 2026


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, products, events, workshops, templates, digital content, and written materials provided by Advantage Grants and Advantage Education Partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, registering for, or using our services, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Scope of Services

Advantage Grants and Advantage Education Partners provide professional writing-based and training services, including but not limited to:

  • Grant proposals and grant applications 
  • Grant funding plans and grant calendars 
  • Nonprofit startup organizational documents 
  • Business and professional correspondence 
  • Templates, toolkits, and written resources 
  • Online and in-person workshops, trainings, and professional development sessions 

All services provided are writing-based, advisory, or educational in nature. We do not provide legal, accounting, or financial advice.

 

2. No Guarantee of Funding or Outcomes

While we apply professional expertise, industry knowledge, and best practices, we do not guarantee funding awards, grant approvals, or specific outcomes. Funding decisions are made solely by third-party funders and are outside our control.

 

3. No Refund Policy – Writing Products & Templates

Due to the custom, intellectual, and time-based nature of our work:

  • All writing products, grant documents, funding plans, startup documents, templates, and digital resources are non-refundable. 
  • Once work has begun, delivered, or access has been provided, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued. 

This applies to both custom and non-custom (template-based) products.

 

4. No Refund Policy – Workshops & Events

Advantage Education Partners does not provide refunds for:

  • Online workshops 
  • In-person workshops 
  • Trainings, seminars, or professional development events 

All refund, cancellation, transfer, or substitution policies (if applicable) are clearly stated on the event registration forms and hosting platforms where tickets are purchased. By registering, you agree to those posted terms.

 

5. Right to Withdraw, Cancel, or Modify Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Withdraw or cancel services due to non-payment, violation of these Terms, or circumstances beyond our control. 
  • Modify, reschedule, or substitute workshops, facilitators, or delivery formats. 
  • Decline or terminate services at our discretion if engagement becomes unlawful, unethical, abusive, or misaligned with our mission or values 

In such cases, our liability is limited as described in Section 7.
